The right level of support for your project

Every project, and every client, is different. Some people want a professional design vision they can take away and implement themselves. Others want us involved from the first sketch to the final cushion. We offer three levels of service so you can choose exactly how much support you need.

All our services begin with a fixed design fee that covers the full creative process: concept development, visualisations, material specifications and a complete furniture and product plan.

Hospitality and commercial

A great hospitality space has to do more than look good on opening night. It has to work under pressure: practically, commercially, and day after day. That means thinking about how people move through it, how it performs at capacity, how it holds up over time, and whether it can actually be built within your budget.

Every project in this space has its own brief, programme and procurement route, so we don't apply a single pricing model. Instead, we work with each client to agree a fee structure that reflects the genuine scope and we won't ask you to commit to anything until the numbers make sense on both sides.

We work with owner-operators launching their first site and with established brands rolling out multiple locations. The level of involvement we take on is entirely led by what you need - from concept and specification only, through to full design and build management.

If you have a project in mind, at whatever stage, we're happy to have an early conversation before anything is formal.
