We're Studio Zeal - a boutique interior design studio in the heart of South London, led by a team of designers and architects who believe your home should feel like the best version of you.

Great design isn't just about how a space looks. It's about how it feels to live in it - the morning light through the right window, a kitchen that actually works for how you cook, a bedroom that genuinely helps you switch off. That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every project.

Based in Peckham, we work with clients across London and beyond on everything from whole-house transformations to carefully considered single rooms. Whatever the scope, we bring the same level of thought, craft and personal attention to each one.

Our background spans interior design and architecture, which means we can go further than the surface - thinking through structure, layout and materials from the outset, not as an afterthought. The result is spaces that are beautiful, practical, and built to last.

We're hands-on throughout the entire process. From the first conversation to the final detail, we stay involved, stay in touch, and make sure the experience is as enjoyable as the outcome.

Amanda Kelly

Amanda is an interior designer with over a decade of experience delivering complex, high-value projects across residential and hospitality. As Interiors Director at Up Architects and Managing Director of Studio Zeal, she brings a rare breadth of expertise - from the structural thinking of an architecture practice to the detail and craft of a specialist interiors studio.

Amanda's instinct is always to get close to a project early. Understanding how a client will actually live, work or spend time in a finished space, and what they want to feel when they're in it, is where good design begins for her.

Marty McColl

Marty McColl is an architect with over 15 years of experience across residential, hospitality, retail and commercial projects. As Architectural Director at Up Architects and co-founder of Studio Zeal, he brings a deep technical knowledge of how buildings are put together - and how to get the best out of them, whether that's a new build, a sensitive refurbishment or a listed building that requires a careful hand.

Marty has spent his career working across London, developing a particular fluency in heritage and conservation work alongside commercial and residential fit outs. He understands procurement and budgets as well as he understands design - which means projects don't just look right, they get built right.

Diana Cirne

Diana Cirne is an ARB-qualified architect with over ten years of experience across hotels, restaurants, retail and high-end residential projects. She leads the studio's hospitality and F&B work - bringing an international perspective shaped by projects in the Netherlands, Qatar, Lisbon, Brighton and London.

That breadth of experience across cultures and contexts gives Diana an instinct for what makes a hospitality space truly work - not just visually, but in the way it moves, feels and performs for the people who use it every day.

  • Understanding Your Vision

    We start by getting to know you and your needs. This initial phase is all about listening and learning. We want to understand your lifestyle, preferences, and aspirations.

    Together, we’ll discuss your ideas, budget, and timeline to create a clear project brief that reflects your vision.

  • Creative Collaboration

    This is where the magic begins! Our team of designers will brainstorm and develop innovative concepts that align with your brief. Through sketches, mood boards, and initial layouts, we’ll explore various design possibilities. You’ll be involved every step of the way, providing feedback to ensure the concepts resonate with your style and functional needs.

  • Bringing Ideas to Life

    With a concept in place, we dive into the details. Our designers create comprehensive plans, 3D models, and detailed drawings. We’ll select materials, colours, and finishes, ensuring every element is meticulously planned. A fully itemised sourcing list (FF&E schedule) will be created so there is full transparency on what is going into the design. Your input is crucial during this stage, as we refine the design to perfection, ensuring it meets your expectations and enhances your living experience.

  • Seamless Execution

    The final phase is all about turning the detailed designs into reality. Our project management team coordinates the entire process, ensuring timely and smooth execution. We work with skilled craftspeople and trusted contractors to deliver high-quality results. Throughout the delivery phase we will make regular site visits to ensure that our design intent is being realised as planned and address any issues promptly. The sourcing, procurement and delivery of all materials, furnishings and installations is managed by us to ensure a smooth timeline and minimise disruptions to you. We maintain open communication, keeping you informed and involved until your dream space is complete.
