Your home should feel like the best version of you. Right now, it probably doesn't and you're not sure where to start. Maybe you've outgrown the space; maybe it just doesn't reflect who you are anymore. Or maybe you know what needs to change, but the thought of managing builders, decisions and timelines on top of everything else feels overwhelming.

That's exactly where we come in.

Studio Zeal is a boutique interior design studio based in Peckham, led by designers and architects who handle everything, from the first conversation to the final detail. Our background in both interior design and architecture means we think through structure, layout and materials from the outset, not as an afterthought. The result is a home that's beautiful, practical, and built to last.

You bring the vision. We take care of the rest.

Meet the team

Amanda Kelly

Amanda is an interior designer with over a decade of experience delivering complex, high-value projects across residential and hospitality. As Interiors Director at Up Architects and Managing Director of Studio Zeal, she brings a rare breadth of expertise - from the structural thinking of an architecture practice to the detail and craft of a specialist interiors studio.

Amanda's instinct is always to get close to a project early. Understanding how a client will actually live, work or spend time in a finished space, and what they want to feel when they're in it, is where good design begins for her.

Marty McColl

Marty McColl is an architect with over 15 years of experience across residential, hospitality, retail and commercial projects. As Architectural Director at Up Architects and co-founder of Studio Zeal, he brings a deep technical knowledge of how buildings are put together - and how to get the best out of them, whether that's a new build, a sensitive refurbishment or a listed building that requires a careful hand.

Marty has spent his career working across London, developing a particular fluency in heritage and conservation work alongside commercial and residential fit outs. He understands procurement and budgets as well as he understands design - which means projects don't just look right, they get built right.

Diana Cirne

Diana Cirne is an ARB-qualified architect with over ten years of experience across hotels, restaurants, retail and high-end residential projects. She leads the studio's hospitality and F&B work - bringing an international perspective shaped by projects in the Netherlands, Qatar, Lisbon, Brighton and London.

That breadth of experience across cultures and contexts gives Diana an instinct for what makes a hospitality space truly work - not just visually, but in the way it moves, feels and performs for the people who use it every day.

How we work

A renovation is a significant thing to take on. Our process is designed to make sure you never feel like you're in the dark, and that by the time anything is ordered or built, you already know exactly what you're getting.

Here's how we bring your dream spaces to life.

  • This is where we get to know your home and how you want to feel in it. We'll talk through what's not working, what you're drawn to, and what you're hoping to change.

From there we develop a clear creative direction - mood boards, spatial layouts, material palettes, so you can see where we're heading before any decisions are made. You won't be asked to sign off on anything that doesn't feel right.

  • Once the concept is confirmed, we work through every detail. Every finish, fitting and piece of furniture is specified and costed. You'll receive a complete, itemised FF&E schedule (a full picture of what's going into the space and what it costs) so there are no surprises when it comes to procurement.

This is also where we resolve any technical questions with your contractor before work begins, which saves a lot of time and money on site.

  • We stay with the project through to completion. Depending on your chosen service level, this might mean managing all procurement and deliveries, overseeing contractors, making regular site visits, or running the full programme on your behalf.

Either way, you have one team accountable for the outcome, and someone to call if anything needs resolving.

Less about us, more about you
