The right level of support for your project

Every project - and every client - is different. Some people want a professional design vision they can take away and implement themselves. Others want us involved from the first sketch to the final cushion. We offer three levels of service so you can choose exactly how much support you need.

All our services begin with a fixed design fee that covers the full creative process: concept development, visualisations, material specifications and a complete furniture and product plan.

  • For the hands-on client who wants a professional roadmap and the freedom to manage the rest themselves.

Your design fee covers everything you need to get started: a discovery meeting and site survey, mood boards and material samples, full 2D and 3D visualisations, a scaled furniture layout, a comprehensive product board, and a clickable shopping list with direct links to every item. Two rounds of revisions are included to make sure the vision is exactly right before you take it forward.

    Fee: Fixed design fee only.

  • The collaborative approach - ideal if you have your own contractor but want us to manage procurement, quality control and the all-important detail.

Everything in Option A, plus we take care of all ordering and logistics for furniture, fixtures and equipment — coordinating lead times, managing deliveries, handling returns and liaising with your builder on technical queries to prevent costly on-site mistakes. We make regular site visits at key stages and coordinate the final installation and styling.

Fee: Fixed design fee + 15% of the procurement spend we manage.

  • Our complete, end-to-end service. We manage everything from concept through to completion so you can get on with your life.

Everything in Option A and B, plus full project management of budget, timeline and programme. We appoint and oversee our trusted network of contractors and tradespeople, manage the entire procurement process, troubleshoot any site issues that arise, and handle the final fit-out, deep clean coordination and styling.

Fee: Fixed design fee + 15–20% of the total implementation cost (construction and goods), depending on project size.

Hospitality and commercial

Our hospitality and commercial work operates differently to our residential service. Every project in this space - whether a restaurant fit-out, a boutique hotel, a retail environment or a commercial office - has its own brief, budget structure, programme and procurement route. A single pricing model doesn't do justice to that complexity, so we don't offer one.

Instead, we work with each client to agree a fee structure that reflects the genuine scope of their project. That conversation is always straightforward, and we'll never ask you to commit to anything until the numbers make sense for both sides.

Hospitality and commercial projects are typically priced across three elements, which we agree with you before work begins.

  • A fixed fee per project phase (concept, detailed design, specification), agreed upfront so there are no surprises as the project develops.

  • Where we manage the fit-out, procurement or contractor programme on your behalf, we charge a percentage of the total build and FF&E cost. The exact figure depends on project scale and complexity and is agreed as part of the initial proposal.

  • Ongoing site presence, contractor management and quality control is charged at a day rate, applied only to the days we are actively on site or managing your programme, or depending on the size of the project, a fixed monthly fee.

We work with owner-operators launching their first site and with established brands rolling out multiple locations. The level of involvement we take on is entirely led by what you need — from concept and specification only, through to full design and build management.

If you have a project in mind, at whatever stage, we're happy to have an early conversation before anything is formal.
